Moda Operandi is seeking a Warehouse Exceptions Specialist who will be responsible for responding to cross functional team member inquiries via phone and email. As a Warehouse Exceptions Specialist, you will do so by providing a superior level of service to our global customers by solving service issues and increasing customer conversion and retention.

This is an onsite position (Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm) at the Moda Operandi Distribution Center in Maspeth, that would suit an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills with previous customer service and fulfillment experience.
 

What you’ll be doing:

● Respond to customer service specialists in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner over the phone or email

● Handle numerous client inquiries promptly, accurately and efficiently

● Investigate and resolve issues relating to processing Inbound vendor items and evaluating quality of customer returns

● Display a positive attitude and work with integrity when dealing with clients, consignors, and co-workers

● Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues and concerns

● Document and update client records based on the status of return orders

● Maintain a knowledge base of the fulfillment and customer return processes

● Liaise with other internal departments to ensure issues affecting customer orders and returns are resolved

● Achieve outlined KPIs and metrics including but not limited to: Units Processed Per Hour, Resolution SLA, Solved Ticket Count, etc.

● Adhere to the established work schedule

 

What we’re looking for:

● 2+ years experience in Customer service or Warehouse Fulfillment required

● Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning, Client Relation Management, and Warehouse Management Systems

● Tech savvy - ability to learn multiple software and systems easily

● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

● Extremely detail oriented

● Ability to problem solve and de-escalate concerns

● Flexible availability including weekends and overtime.

● Note: During peak periods the work schedule may fluctuate.

 

Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday at our Distribution Center in Maspeth, Queens.
