As a Luxury Retail Driver, you'll play an important role in ensuring our luxury merchandise is delivered safely, accurately, and on time throughout New York City. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport luxury merchandise throughout New York City.
• Complete deliveries and pickups accurately and on schedule.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain delivery, pickup, and vehicle inspection records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and internal partners.
• Utilize GPS and navigation tools to identify efficient delivery routes.
• Load and unload merchandise while ensuring products are handled with care.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance concerns.
• Represent Moda Operandi with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate Moda's Core Values in every aspect of your work.

What You'll Bring

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving professionally within New York City preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Frequent driving in urban traffic and varying weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, and cold.
• Extended periods of sitting while operating a vehicle, with intermittent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Frequent entry and exit from the vehicle throughout the day.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to climb stairs or navigate building entrances when making deliveries.
• Occasional exposure to vehicle exhaust, noise, vibration, and outdoor elements.
• Ability to remain alert and focused while driving under time-sensitive schedules.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Professional Appearance

• Maintain a clean, professional, customer-facing appearance while on duty.
• Wear the company-provided Moda Operandi polo during scheduled shifts.
• Wear neat, clean pants or approved shorts and closed-toe footwear appropriate for delivery activities.
• Clothing must be free of excessive wear or inappropriate graphics.
• Compliance with the company dress code is required.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 40 hours per week
• Schedule may include weekends, evenings, and holidays based on business needs.
• Additional hours, including overtime, may be required during peak business periods to support operational needs.

Compensation

$19.00–$24.50 per hour, based on experience.
